Can you clean my vacuum?Yes we can. We offer services that include disassembling, washing, thoroughly drying, and reassembling your vacuum with new parts if needed.

Do you repair carpet shampooers?Yes, we can repair them.

Why does it cost more to service bagless vacuums?Bagless vacuums cost more to service because it takes longer to clean them since their internal dust compartments and air paths are a lot more dirtier and more difficult to sanitize compared to a bagged vacuum.

Will I need an appointment to drop off my unit?No appointment is needed. Just come in anytime during store hours.

How long will it take to have my unit repaired?Usually it takes 1-3 business days to get your unit repaired. If your repair requires a special part then it could take anywhere up to 5-7 business days. If you have any emergency needs, then we can try our best to complete your repair in the same day or the following morning.

Do you offer in-home service calls for central vacuum systems?Yes we do depending on your location. Give us a call for more information on the repair you need.
